Each medal bears high-quality bronze strikes with fine relief details and original ribbons.
1. “Polska Swemu Obrońcy” – crowned eagle with dates 1918–1921 on obverse; reverse inscribed POLSKA SWEMU OBROŃCY within oak wreath.
2.  Medal 10-lecia Odzyskania Niepodległości – obverse with bust of Marshal Józef Piłsudski; reverse with ploughman and dates 1918–1928.
3.  Medal za Długoletnią Służbę – crowned eagle and inscription ZA DŁUGOLETNIĄ SŁUŻBĘ; reverse with Roman numeral X (10 years).

The ribbons show typical age wear and some light fraying. Mint marks clear on all pieces.
