Instituted in 1905 by King Sisowath (ព្រះបាទស៊ីសុវត្ថិ), the Order of the Muniseraphon (គ្រឿងឥស្សរិយយសមុនិសរៈភន) is one of Cambodia’s oldest and most respected decorations.
It is awarded to Cambodian and foreign nationals for outstanding service in education, culture, literature, humanitarian work, and the arts.
